Hands-on evaluation and treatment of mobility and strength to facilitate smoother birth, prevent injury, and relieve discomfort, leaking, or prolapse symptoms. We'll take an in-depth look at:

1:1 Virtual
In-depth analysis of your favorite functional activities (running, lifting, jumping, workout) with real-time cues for form correction and modification to improve muscle coordination and get the most out of your exercise routine. Resolve issues like leaking, prolapse symptoms, joint pain. Take the guess-work out of returning to exercise and have a perinatal expert build you an effective strengthening and mobility program.
